Terms of Service
The main agreement governing your use of Taskora.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Taskora, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Taskora is operated by Liaoyang Yunsu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. and is intended for customers in Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, and similar markets. The service is not offered to users located in mainland China.
2. Service Description
Taskora is a web-based SaaS dashboard for community workflows, enabling onboarding, verification, protection rules, scheduled notices, execution logs, and messaging delivery integrations.
Customers configure workflows, rules, schedules, integrations, billing, and execution logs in the web application. Telegram and messaging integrations are connected delivery and notification channels, not the core product interface or source of workflow logic.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for security, compliance, platform changes, or product improvement.
3. Accounts and Workspaces
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and workspaces.
You must only connect Telegram bots, groups, channels, or communities that you are authorized to manage.
4. Acceptable Use
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use Taskora for spam, fraud, harassment, illegal activity, credential harvesting, unauthorized surveillance, or activity that violates Telegram rules or applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts, workspaces, bots, or integrations that appear to create legal, security, abuse, payment, or platform risk.
5. Billing and Paid Services
Paid services are governed by the Billing and Subscription Terms and Refund Policy. Third-party payment providers may process subscriptions and one-time payments on our behalf.
Subscription upgrades may be charged on a prorated basis. Downgrades are not available during an active paid term unless the current subscription expires or we approve an exception.
6. Third-Party Services
Taskora depends on third-party services including Telegram, payment providers, hosting, database, and operational infrastructure. We are not responsible for outages, API changes, account actions, payment decisions, or policy changes by those providers.
Your use of Telegram and any payment provider remains subject to their own terms, policies, and account requirements.
7. Service Availability and Support
We aim to provide a reliable service, but Taskora is provided without a guaranteed uptime commitment unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Support is provided through the channels we make available and may depend on your plan, issue severity, and operational capacity.
8. Intellectual Property
Taskora, its software, design, documentation, and service content are owned by Liaoyang Yunsu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. or our licensors. You retain ownership of your account data, workspace data, integration configuration, and content you provide.
You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display your data to operate Taskora.
9. Disclaimers and Liability
Taskora is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business interruption.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted in the product or on our legal pages. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
