1. Information We Collect
We collect account information such as name, email address, authentication data, workspace membership, plan information, and administrative settings.
When you connect Telegram integrations, we may process bot identifiers, encrypted bot tokens, group or chat identifiers, member events, moderation events, message metadata, message text where required for enabled moderation features, plugin configuration, and related logs.
For billing, third-party payment providers process payment details. We store payment status, subscription identifiers, invoice identifiers, plan data, and billing events, but we do not store full payment card details.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to create accounts, operate workspaces, run configured workflows and messaging integrations, detect spam and abuse, provide analytics, process billing, secure the service, troubleshoot issues, and communicate important service notices.
We may use aggregated or de-identified operational data to improve reliability, anti-abuse performance, and product quality.

Message logs, spam events, and moderation logs may be retained for operational review, abuse prevention, analytics, and product improvement, subject to product settings and deletion workflows where available.

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data. Sensitive integration secrets such as bot tokens are encrypted where supported by the product architecture.
No internet service is completely secure, and you are responsible for protecting account credentials and limiting workspace access to trusted users.
8. International Transfers
Taskora is operated by Liaoyang Yunsu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. for customers in Europe, the United Kingdom, North America, Australia, and similar markets. Your data may be processed in countries different from your location, subject to appropriate safeguards where required.
