Billing and Subscription Terms

Taskora uses third-party payment providers to process subscriptions and one-time payments. By starting checkout, you authorize the selected payment provider to process the payment according to that provider's terms and your selected payment method.

You must provide accurate billing information and maintain a valid payment method for paid services.

Subscription plans renew automatically at the selected billing interval until canceled, unless your plan or checkout flow states otherwise.

You are responsible for canceling before renewal if you do not want the next billing period to be charged.

One-time payments may be used for non-recurring purchases, add-ons, setup fees, credits, or other paid items. A one-time payment does not create a recurring subscription unless clearly stated at checkout.

When you upgrade to a higher plan during an active billing period, the upgrade may be charged on a prorated basis or under checkout terms shown at the time of purchase.

Upgraded features may become available after the payment provider confirms the payment or subscription approval.

Downgrades are not available during an active paid subscription term. You may move to a lower plan after the current paid term expires, or when we approve an exception in writing.

If a subscription expires, is canceled, or payment fails, the workspace may lose access to paid features and may revert to the default free plan.

If a payment provider reports a failed, reversed, disputed, or incomplete payment, we may suspend paid features until the issue is resolved.

Prices may exclude taxes, duties, or similar charges. You are responsible for taxes required by your location unless the payment provider or Liaoyang Yunsu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. collects them at checkout.

Before starting checkout, you must confirm that you agree to these Billing and Subscription Terms and the Refund Policy. This consent may be recorded for audit and dispute handling.
