Data Processing Addendum

This Data Processing Addendum applies when Taskora processes personal data on behalf of a customer as a processor or service provider in connection with the service.

The customer is the controller or business for workspace and Telegram community data submitted to Taskora. Liaoyang Yunsu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. acts as a processor or service provider for that data except where it processes data for its own account, security, billing, or legal compliance purposes.

Taskora will process customer personal data to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve the service, and according to the customer's documented configuration and instructions through the product.

Liaoyang Yunsu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. may use subprocessors such as hosting, database, payment, infrastructure, monitoring, and communication providers. We remain responsible for subprocessors used to process customer personal data under this DPA.

Liaoyang Yunsu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. will maintain reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect customer personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

Upon account deletion or written request, Liaoyang Yunsu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. will delete or return customer personal data where feasible, subject to backups, legal retention, billing, security, audit, and dispute requirements.

Where required, Liaoyang Yunsu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal data, such as standard contractual clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
