Refund Policy
Taskora refund rules for subscriptions and one-time payments.
1. General Policy
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the subscription starts or renews. Special cases may be reviewed manually at our discretion.
One-time payments are generally non-refundable once the purchased item, credit, setup, or service has been delivered or made available, unless required by law or approved as an exception.
2. Special Review Cases
We may consider a refund in cases such as duplicate charges, clear billing errors, confirmed technical failures that prevent use of the paid service, or other exceptional circumstances.
Refund requests should include your account email, workspace, payment transaction or subscription identifier, payment date, and a brief explanation.
3. No Refunds for Misuse
Refunds may be denied for accounts suspended or terminated for abuse, fraud, policy violations, chargeback misuse, illegal activity, or violation of Telegram, payment provider, Taskora, or Liaoyang Yunsu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. rules.
4. Cancellations
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period. Access may continue until the paid term ends unless the account is suspended or otherwise restricted.
5. Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
